01Agreement
These terms govern your use of our website and our AI code review service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
02Accounts
- You must provide accurate signup details and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the repositories you connect.
- You must have the right to grant us access to any repository you connect.
03The service
The service reviews pull requests, drafts tests, measures code health and reports team delivery metrics. Features available to you depend on your plan.
AI review comments and AI-written tests are suggestions. You and your reviewers remain responsible for deciding what to accept, commit, approve and merge. The service does not guarantee that all bugs or security issues will be found.
04Your code and content
You keep all rights to your code, rules and other content. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service to you. We do not use your code to train AI models and we do not claim ownership of drafted tests or suggested fixes; once you accept them, they are yours.
05Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to analyze code you are not authorized to access.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass limits of the service.
- Do not use Repo Insights or any output of the service as the sole basis for decisions about an individual developer's employment.
- Do not resell the service without a written agreement with us.
06Plans and billing
The Free plan covers one repository with no time limit. Paid plans are billed per active developer per month, where an active developer is someone who opened at least one pull request in a connected repository during the billing month. Developers who open no pull requests in a month are not charged.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and fast, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.
08Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. After closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
09Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from code you chose to merge.
