01Free plan and trials
The Free plan on one repository costs nothing and needs no card. The 14-day Team trial is also free; if you do not choose a paid plan at the end, your account returns to Free and nothing is charged.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in arrears for active developers in that month, so you only pay for real usage. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed for later months. Charges for a month that has already been used are not refunded.
03Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of the first payment, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans are not refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid term.
If your number of active developers is lower than what you prepaid for, the difference is credited to your next renewal.
04Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly, for example for developers who opened no pull requests in that month, tell us within 60 days of the invoice and we will refund or credit the difference.
05How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact page with your account email and invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
